This introspective exercise uses the Five Focal Facts to help you identify your core strengths.

Project Your Vision: What meaning do you want to bring to your leadership journey?
Inspire with Your Zeal: How can you maximize your leadership of others?
Establish Your Legacy: What enduring accomplishment do you seek to achieve?

In accomplishing the first part of this journey, you have established a well-rooted foundation of both your intellectual and emotional intelligence.

Your Strategic Direction

Understand how to create an effective personal strategy.

Your Best Self: You need to become very aware of all aspects of who you are, what you do well, and what you must work on to optimize your leadership.

Your Unique Brand: Once you have a functional inventory of your gifts, they need to be organized into a unique and personal product that will become your brand.
